Salesforce Technical Lead

You will become part of the Salesforce team of a major company in the Pharma sector that is undergoing a full digital transformation and experiencing exponential growth. You will be the point of reference for everything related to Salesforce within the organisation!


Role & Responsibilities

• You will be working into a CRM Team implementing and developing the Salesforce Solution in the subsidiaries around the world.
• Translate requirements of new functionalities into a solution with minimal or no supervision.
• Suggest different technical solutions to a specific problem
• Write clean, well-designed code, using design patterns where necessary.
• Work in an agile environment
• Work closely with a dynamic creative team and stakeholders to ensure the creation of a scalable and innovative site.
• Be willing to explore creative ideas and apply them to make an impact.

Skills & Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in the Salesforce Ecosystem.
• Solid Technical Background ( APEX, LWC, Integrations)
• Experience with Service, Sales Cloud
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Great knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in providing and implementing technical solutions.
• English: B2.
