The Gig: They are on the lookout for an IT Business/Functional Analyst who's got a knack for untangling complex problems. Fluent in either French or Dutch (or both, if you're feeling fancy), with a side of English proficiency, you'll be the hero they need to save the day!

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

• Collaborate with HR, ops, and the IT team to decode their wildest dreams into actionable requirements.
• Translate those requirements into user stories so clear, even your grandma could understand.
• Lead workshops like a boss, guiding their diverse team to the land of efficient solutions.
• Prioritise tasks faster than you can say "Mussels in Brussels"
• Charm end-users with your training sessions, ensuring they're as happy as a Pig in mud.
• Work hand-in-hand with their dev team to turn dreams into reality.
• Test, test, and test some more to make sure everything runs smoother than Belgian chocolate.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or something equally awesome.
• Previous experience as an IT Business/Functional Analyst - Salesforce preferred
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch + Technical level English
• Knowledge of workforce management solutions? Even better! (SAP, Microsoft PS)
• Agile, Scrum, waterfall-bring on the methodologies!
• Great communication skills-seriously, no mumbling allowed.
