    Como Arquitecto Salesforce de Sales y Service, tendrás la responsabilidad de diseñar soluciones innovadoras y escalables en la plataforma Salesforce para satisfacer las necesidades comerciales y de servicio. Serás el líder técnico en la implementación y optimización de soluciones Salesforce Sales Cloud y Service Cloud, asegurando la integración eficiente con otros sistemas y aplicaciones específicas de la industria.

    Responsabilidades:

    1. Colaborar estrechamente con los stakeholders internos y externos para comprender los requisitos comerciales y operativos, y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas utilizando Salesforce.
    2. Diseñar y desarrollar arquitecturas Salesforce Sales Cloud y Service Cloud personalizadas y escalables que cumplan con los estándares de la industria farmacéutica y los requisitos regulatorios.
    3. Liderar la planificación e implementación de proyectos Salesforce, asegurando la entrega oportuna y dentro del presupuesto establecido.
    4. Desarrollar estrategias de integración eficientes con sistemas de terceros.
    5. Realizar evaluaciones técnicas y revisiones de código para garantizar la calidad y el rendimiento óptimo de las soluciones implementadas.
    6. Proporcionar orientación técnica y capacitación al equipo de desarrollo y administración de Salesforce, asegurando el conocimiento continuo de las mejores prácticas y las últimas actualizaciones de la plataforma.

    Requisitos:

    1. +6 años de experiencia previa demostrada en Salesforce, con un enfoque específico en Sales Cloud y Service Cloud.
    2. Profundo conocimiento de la plataforma Salesforce y sus capacidades de personalización y desarrollo, incluidos Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components y Salesforce APIs.
    3. Experiencia en el diseño e implementación de soluciones Salesforce.
    4. Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con stakeholders de diferentes niveles dentro de la organización.
