My client is seeking an individual to fill a position as a Business Development Manager working in the office with remote flexibility 2/3 days per week.This position will require about 20% travel within the Central territory. Qualified candidates will have a management background as well as quota-carrying experience with a SaaS product. Advanced interpersonal skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills are necessary.
-Supervise/lead a team of 6-8 SDR's
-Growing relationships and partners across Salesforce.com
-Understand and communicate partner organizational structure with key decision makers
-Foster executive relationships
-Act as SME on relevant programs, processes and systems
-2+ years in a management position
-3+ years selling Salesforce.com or an Appexchange product
-Proof of meeting or exceeding quotas
-Enterprise Sales (preferred)
-Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
