My client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work out of an office in Downtown Chicago. The company is a fast-growing startup with a SaaS product that integrates with Salesforce.com. This position's responsibilities include working with customers post-sale and acting as the single point of contact for the client to ensure that all needs are met and they are satisfied with the services.
-Be a SME on the product
-Build rapport with C-Suite POC's
-Travel to client sites periodically (10-15%)
-Track ROI for clients
-Strong written/verbal skills
-2-3 years quota-carrying direct sales experience
-Existing knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem
-Strong interpersonal skills and high-energy
