A nationwide retail bank with a strong focus on the community are seeking an experienced lead Salesforce administrator to oversee their 50 user org.
You will be the go to person for all salesforce user requests and support and dealing with their queries. Additionally, your day-to-day duties will entail creating reports and dashboards, updating users, creating custom fields/objects/page layouts as well as all things configuration (Workflows, Validation Rules and Approval Processes). Lastly experience with Pardot is highly advantageous.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2 Years' Salesforce.com Experience
- Strong Admin/Config skills
- ADM201 Certification is beneficial
- Pardot experience is a bonus
- Strong communication skills
