My client in Boston is looking for someone who has experience in Sales and Marketing experience that can help bring their Salesforce entity to the next level. In this role you will be seen as the "Point-person" for all of your teams everyday Salesforce needs, and will be tasked with helping to grow the company's based on your analysis of their users. You will be seen as an evangelist for the company, and will be helping people grow their business through Salesforce, while targeting areas of possible improvement. You will further get to maintain the platform at the highest possible level, keeping up to date on new Salesforce trends and releases and coordinating them onto the platform.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
*Be a key contributor to strategic analytical projects from the design phase through architecture, development, testing, documentation, production deployment and support
*Lead training and documentation of core research & analytics functions, mentor and work collaboratively with other team members on data integrity and data acquisition
*Resolve end user requests for help
*Collect, analyze, interpret and summarize data in preparation for data modeling and analytical report writing
*Define adoption strategies for different end user groups
*Serve as liaison between business and technology teams in order to maintain and improve system efficiency
*Partner with various teams to understand new capabilities in Salesforce and train the field on the most effective use of these capabilities
*Design and build quality dashboards that give insight into SFDC adoption and give insight into developing enablement strategies
*Design requirements for SFDC enhancements and partner with IS teams to translate those enhancements

Qualifications:
*Experience with measuring and improving Sales organizations performance and productivity
*2+ years of experience in Sales Analytics or Sales Operations
*At least 2 years of experience in Project Management Role
*Experience in training new users on the Salesforce platform and maintaining continuous training
*Bachelor's Degree
*5 years of Relevant CRM experience
*Salesforce Certified Administrator highly recommended
