Responsibilities of the Lead Enterprise Solution Architect, Digital Solutions Customer (Salesforce.com)
  • Lead the architecture and enabling technologies strategy for digital enablement for the organization. Including the cross-functional technologies that salesforce.com will integrate with.
  • Work closely with business leaders on all levels to gain support and adoption of the companies overall goals and strategy.
  • Help to define the business domain strategy, and key processes of the organization.
  • Head the development of a Reference and Destination Solution and Technical Architecture standards and Usage guidelines for enabling delivery capabilities based on industry trendsand innovation.
  • Experience in leadership and a history of driving change in multi-cultural business environments.
  • Identify productivity increase and cost saving opportunities to implement roadmaps in conjunction with business process partners and strategy teams.
  • Provide technical and architecture consulting to business and business alignment teams.
  • Provide architecture and solution guidance to project teams in support of solution design and development.
  • Lead identification of assets or services that can be re-used by the project teams to drive consistency, cost reduction, and increases speed to market.
  • Proactively monitor strategic direction of Solution Vendors, technology and market trends, and determine their potential impact.
  • Facilitate strategical innovation for the architecture domain. Research and lead proof-of-concepts to assess and build new capabilities.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of IT experience or Master's Degree with 10 years of IT experience in a large corporate setting that includes full SDLC's / ERP implementations.
  • 5+ years experience in digital customer solutions (salesforce.com).
  • 3+ years working as Enterprise Solution Architect.
  • Hands on salesforce.com development experience.
  • Experience developing 3-5 year roadmaps of the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from current to future state.
