Mason Frank has partnered with a tech-focused company who have a fantastic opening for a Salesforce Administrator based in their NYC based office, assisting with the management of everything related to the Salesforce instance.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing guidance across the organisation on Salesforce and many of the other tools the company uses
  • Working with management and end-users to understand the business comprehensively, enabling you to make recommendations for improving user-experiences and optimising business processes across every department
  • Researching new tools to solve specific issues with technology, gathering all requirements and developing timelines for delivery
  • Scheduling demos for project stakeholders and ensuring solutions meet business needs
  • Managing the Salesforce Platform, providing day to day maintenance and everything that a Salesforce Administrator's role entails
  • Ensuring configuration and integration of Salesforce, working with internal and external developers and consultants to ensure a seamless flow of data
  • Managing training and documentation on Salesforce, ensuring teams are trained and processes documented for every customisation or new process implemented


Requirements:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and demonstrable administration experience
  • A proven track record of supporting complex Salesforce orgs
  • Experience in integrations with a wide variety of other systems
  • Experience with marketing automation systems
  • Experience working with large data sets for leads, contacts, and account records in Salesforce
  • Proven analytical abilities as well as diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to wear multiple hats, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to rapid changes in scope and agenda to meet changing business needs
  • Experience with sales processes and lead capture
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness for continuous learning of new technologies
