Salesforce Business Analyst - $130K (Plus Relocation)
As a member of the Sales Operations team, the Business Analyst supports the Enterprise Sales team and is responsible for leading the business requirements efforts for all initiatives sourced from or impacting the Enterprise Sales organization. The business analyst will also be expected to analyze existing business processes to determine potential needs and work with internal stakeholders to identify changes or improvements to the functionality and efficiency of these processes. The role will demand the ability to quickly provide ad hoc analysis and identify both lead and lag indicators germane to the Sales team's performance. This position will support cross functional strategic priorities and provide analytical support to initiatives across the various Sales areas including new product development. Responsibilities include documenting process flows, creating business requirements documentation, building reports, crafting training documentation and developing implementation strategies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Develop business requirements. Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and assess the current state. Identify problems and gaps in existing capabilities. Recommend solutions and new capabilities (or changes to existing ones). Develop business requirements for new or changes to existing application features. Work with IT teams in creation of IT requirement artifacts
Develop reporting tools and analytics to identify and highlight cause and effect relationships associated to the sales process. Provide analytical support for special projects and process improvement initiatives. Set up, track and report on project success
Participate is process improvement initiatives and best practices. Help evolve the team's tools & techniques in the areas of enterprise analysis, process modeling, business requirements and system specifications.
Support business tools/applications such as work flow tools, macros, databases through enhancements, maintenance, regression testing, UAT, and smoke testing. Identify and assess industry trends around technology and provide analysis and recommendations on implementation for the Sales organization
Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or Operations Management
Strong database skills
Prior work experience in mortgage or mortgage insurance industries preferred.
Experience with enterprise CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
Skills and Abilities:
Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Access; Must have strong technical/analytical background. SQL skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to support the resolution of difficult/complex customer facing issues
Ability to communicate the results of analysis to senior leaders and front-line management in order to elevate issues and effect process improvements.
Ability to distill large amounts of data from different sources into analysis that can be easily interpreted by management

Education and Credentials
Required: Bachelor's Degree, with a concentration in Technology; Computer Science; Operations Management; Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
