Director of Sales Operations- Greater New York City Area- 160K
A company has partnered with Mason Frank, looking for a Director of Sales Operations who will expand their sales team and build out their sales process. They are seeking an experienced Sales operations professional with expertise on all things Salesforce. This position will be responsible for working across various departments within the organization to implement, develop, and enhance and ensure agreement processes related to the sales team. You will be directly responsible for customer service management, lead management, data quality, territory alignment, quoting, among others.
- Automate lead distribution within salesforce
- Develop duplicate managing processes
- Work with stakeholders for adhoc reporting
- Work closely with leadership to develop sound sales processes
- Develop sales training and documentation processes
- Demonstrated Salesforce experience as an Admin or Consultant
- SaaS experience preferred
- Sales Operations experience preferred
