Mason Frank has partnered with a global airlane company in sourcing for a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst.
This role would be pivotal in enhancing the strategy efficiency, overall productivity, and effectiveness of the sales team as it pertains to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships between internal stakeholders and clients.
This a full-time hire based in New Jersey with no travel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop customized reports, dashboards, and processes within Salesforce platform to enhance visibility to pipelines, and forecasts,
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect data and generate competitive strategies to meet sales targets
- Provide operational support to SVP of Sales, and sales operations teams in Salesforce related issues
- Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert for the entire organization
- Administer system and analyze database metrics to ensure sales optimization
- Experience serving as Salesforce subject matter expert (SME)
- Several years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Project/ relationship management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com data tools such as AppExchange, Force.com, Data Loader
- Strong understanding of Pardot or other Marketing tools
- Ability to troubleshoot, identify cause, design and implement effective solutions
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Salesforce Plaform Developer certification preferred
- Sales & Service Cloud experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
