Marketing Automation Practice Lead - London
As the Marketing Automation Practice Lead, you will be taking charge of an already highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Practice and given responsibility to grow that to the next level. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is not specifically necessary due to the existing talent on the team, it is only required that you have strong Marketing Automation experience already. You will be more focused on the business elements of the Practice Lead role rather than being hands on with solution design and implementation. Your role will be focused on people management as well as facilitating project pipeline through involvement in the sales process. You will also be responsible for liaising directly with Salesforce.

- In-depth knowledge of any Marketing Automation platform
- Experienced in sales processes
- Services background (e.g. agency or consultancy)
- Leadership experience (ideally growing a practice as well as leading)
