We are looking for a Marketo Consultant who can seamlessly implement fantastic customer service experience. You will build programs and processes from the ground up to efficiently drive the customer's onboarding process in order to drive results for their organization. About 7-10 hours/week.



Job Responsibilities:
  • Create strategic programs to help customers onboard and adopt the Marketo Engagement Platform
  • Identify and develop critical content that is needed for onboarding and adoption to nurture the customer's campaigns
  • Develop and execute onboarding and campaigns
  • Continuously improve programs by using data to measure what is working and what's not
  • Represent the customer while working across the organization to ensure a fantastic customer experience
  • Conduct research with customers to ensure they are utilizing our software as efficiently as possible
  • Track and report KPIs


Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer marketing, demand generation, and/or other relevant marketing
  • Marketo experience
  • Strong program development and management skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take complete ownership of a project
  • Flexible, can-do attitude, with ability to thrive in highly dynamic environment
