Salesforce Administrator - 100% Remote
As a Salesforce Administrator within the IT Systems department you will administer and improve critical business systems including Salesforce.com and NetSuite. You will take the role as technical expert in new IT projects. The role-holder will work alongside a team of Application Specialists and Systems Developers; reporting to the Systems Manager; Sales & Legal. The position involves close co-operation with the Project Management team as well as the business functions of Sales, Marketing, Services and Support within the organization.
- Administer and customize systems supporting Sales and Legal processes
- Improve internal business processes and Systems
- Act as a technical systems specialist / technical project manager during the selection and deployment of new systems in the organization
- Respond to and resolve user issues regarding the functioning of deployed business systems
You will be successful if you have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate field
- 5 years of work experience, 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Project Deployments
- Good technical understanding of business process supporting systems
- High level IT knowledge
