They want candidates to have time for their families, hobbies, personal development, etc. This is also a fully remote role with some light travel involved in MA, NY, NJ or other locations. You will be involved in major kick offs and will need to be customer facing when the need arises.

*Management/ mentoring/ developing people for more than 1 year
*Helping clients accomplish their goals (3+ years)
*3+ years of business operations or consulting experience
*3+ years' experience with Salesforce platform
*Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems within the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
*Proven successful client relationship management experience
*Strong project management skills
*Strong strategice management and planning skills
*Strong communication skills
*Salesforce Certifications**** Highly desirable
