Mason Frank has partnered with a newly registered Salesforce partner who are sourcing for an experienced Salesforce Engagement Manager to lead and scale their Salesforce practice.
The perfect candidate is an experienced Salesforce SME, with a background as a consultant, project manager and all around advisor on complex initiatives and projects.Responsibilities:
Work with clients to map out key process flows, document findings and present recommendations to clients.
Incorporate business findings and recommendations into scalable solution design.
Manage full lifecycle of small to enterprise-level client engagements on-time and within budget through effective project governance, clear written, verbal and aural communication and management of client expectations.
Set up projects for success through proper work track alignment, governance and systems.
Devise and maintain high-level and detailed project plans.
Manage day to day interactions with clients at levels including individual contributors, managers and executives.
Assist with creating and maintaining project-related documentation to ensure attainment of key project milestones on-time and within budget.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate with team members throughout entire engagement lifecycle spanning Salesforce design, configuration, build, testing, deployment and post go-live support.
Present solution designs and gain feedback from clients through user testing sessions and leading end-user training's.
Share data governance strategies and assist with data cleansing activities.
Several years of professional experience with a passion for solving business problems by leveraging CRM and cloud technology.
Experience using, implementing or consulting around Salesforce.com.
Process flow optimization and organizational change management experience within a company or as external consultant.
Proven ability to manage medium or large scale projects throughout entire lifecycle.
Experience with various project management methodologies preferred.
Comfort with driving executive-level conversations.
Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.
Strong organization and communication skills (oral, aural and written).
Salesforce.com certifications a HUGE plus. (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Consultant, Platform App Builder, Community Cloud)
