CRM Manager - South London

As the CRM Manager you will be working for a recognised household name to create and implement CRM strategy as well as being hands on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also be responsible for engaging with a variety of key stakeholders and be responsible for line managing a CRM Executive. This role is key within the organisation as CRM is the key way that this business communicates with their customers so you will have strong budgets to play with and be in the spotlight within the business. This organisation are also very good at collecting data so you will be in the fortunate position of being very data rich.

The organisation that you will be working for have a very strong business model which have contributed to their continued success and reputation in their market. The atmosphere within the office is very non-corporate. There is a genuinely flat structure where everyone has the ability to put their own ideas in.

Key Skills:
  • Extensive background in a CRM focused role
  • Ability to develop CRM strategy
  • Leadership skills
  • Comfortable with being hands on with CRM on a daily basis
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) is also highly beneficial
