Seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join a world class SF team of Developers, Consultants, Business Analysts, Admins and Project Managers.

This position will own the overall design/implementation of SFDC best practices and marketing automation initiatives based on clients business needs & project requirements. The Solutions Architect will often act as the development team leader - working closely with on/offshore development resources to design, deploy technical SF customizations.

Solution architect must understand the business and technical complexities of the project and validate the correct resources/approach for the project during the pre-sales engagement as well as during project delivery.

  • 4+ years' experience forced on SFDC Solution Architecture (Design, Deliver, Customizations, Maintenance)
  • Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, data models, and common integration points with marketing systems
  • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops, technical and functional requirements gathering, and design sessions
  • Display a natural instinct for innovation and pragmatic 'out-of-the- box' thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to distill business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with and certification in Marketing Cloud, including familiarity with Journey Builder, Social Studio, and the Connector
  • Familiarity with additional marketing automation systems preferred
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications (real- time, batch, sync/async)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is a way of life
  • Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start a new initiative and drive complex issues through analysis and resolution

  • Translate business requirements/user stories into a practical, scalable solution that leverages the functionality and best practices of the chosen marketing automation system
  • Lead roadmap definition and technical vision initiatives
  • Lead onsite client workshops to share marketing automation framework, best practices, and case studies
  • Writes solution documentation and specifications jointly with the technical architect to create a consensus-based, scalable, adaptable enterprise solution in sync with client needs and strategies
  • Guide architect and delivery of applications - ensure apps are scalable, deployable, extensible and maintainable
  • Partner with teams to establish best implementation of solutions
  • Partner with Salesforce team on best practices and stay current with new Salesforce capabilities, and assess their benefit and make recommendations
  • Work with clients to shape marketing automation system design and strategy and define and scope projects to address specific needs
  • Deliver software product and solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business results
  • Welcome and embrace tough conversations for trade-off and options with PM and development teams
  • Keep up-to-date on latest industry trends and research to share with clients, drive practice development, training, and thought leadership, and develop best practices
