My client is a startup company with a very unique atmosphere. They are looking for an 100% remote Salesforce Support Engineer to bring onto their team that has experience in an application/software customer support role. Your day to day responsibilities will include case management, technical troubleshooting, bug reproduction, and software configuartion. You will need to be comfortable jumping on a call with customers to walk through issues or clearly documenting how to use our product's features. This role is hands on responding to support cases over email or phone. The caseload will vary, so it is important to work quickly and accurately through the busy times to get customers timely responses. The less busy times will be used to catch up on with admin tasks.
