Customer Success Manager- New York City Area- $70-80K + Commission



Mason Frank has partnered with a client in the New York City area looking for a professional with implementation experience. You will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and generating resolutions that match their individual requirements.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients on implementing the software
  • Train clients on how to use the software
  • Serve as the Client's main point of contact for all questions regarding the platform and how to use it


Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience hands on implementing software
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Client facing experience preferred
