One of my clients, a Financial Services specific consulting firm, is looking to bring on a full time Salesforce Business Analyst, to manage client engagements, relating to CRM implementations with a focus on Salesforce. You will be managing the implementation team as well as managing client engagements in the Asset Management industry. Responsibilities will include:
-Work with engagement teams while meeting client expectations
-Play an active role in mentoring junior consultants who are looking to grow within the company
-Managing projects, defining the scope, schedule, as well as resource requirements as well as being able to deliver on them
-Build and maintain relationships with clients personel at appropriate levels
-Working alongside Operations and Technology resources to deliver on projects
-Travelling to client site
Ideal skill set will include:
-Background and interest in Financial Services
-Experience with the implementation and delivery CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
-Asset Management experience highly desired
-3+ years of working for a large consulting firm working on financial services projects
