Director, Salesforce CRM - 150K-200K - St. Louis, MO - Bonuses
Step into a leadership role and be a driving force behind CRM solutions across a variety of applications. You will work directly with C-level executives and stake holders to map techno-functional solutions and interface with talented Salesforce professionals. Oversee the implementation of a CRM enterprise instance. Define the functionality of the standardized tool based on prioritized stakeholder input. Align with the stakeholders regarding the prioritized plan, scale and scope of all Salesforce projects.
-10+ years of experience on CRM processes and delivering solutions
-3+ Salesforce Experience
-Salesforce Solution Architecture/Technical Architecture experience a plus * Experience architecting CRM Solutions
-Extensive integration experience with other systems
-Experience managing a team, gathering requirements, and project scope
-Exceptional communication skills and relationship building qualities
-The desire to take on a leadership role and make an impact
- Deep understanding of sales processes, lead generation, lead management and other business processes
- The strategic ability to connect business processes and Salesforce for best practices across multiple departments of an enterprise level company.
