A leading cyber-security platform is implementing Salesforce in the next coming months and are looking for a Lead Salesforce Architect/ Business Analyst with strong configuration skills to sit directly under the IT Director during phase 1. This is an extremely exciting project to be a part of as the company is building out a full-time Salesforce team for the very first time. They are looking for a candidare who can lend a discussion for possible solutions during the implementation. This leader would be working with the SR Business Analyst and SR Arichtect to design and come up with solutions for the platform. Then they will hand it off to the design stage to identify possible solution gaps where you would work the business to identify, test, solve before bringing this to the deployment/ production phase.
To be successful in this role you will need to have deep knowledge of configuration skills with Apex and VisualForce as well as strong business acumen and communication skills to be face to face with the business and speak/ meet with varying levels.
Top candidates will have:
*5+ years in Business Systems role
*Hands-on experience with development projects
*SFDC implementation experience
*3+ years' being key stakeholder in SFDC CRM
*2+ years configuring and supporting Salesforce product suite
*Extensive development knowledge of Apex and VisualForce
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Customizations, Business productions, workflows, process builder experience
*SFDC certificates are a plus
This would be an onsite role in Lexington, MA where they have a brand new office that has a game room, independent rooms/ nooks, catered lunches, and beer/wine on tap. They are also offering candidates a starting salary around $150K or more! In additional to a generous PTO structure and full benefits package.
