A leading manufacturing company is the top of their specific industry headquartered out of Rowley, MA and they're looking for a Salesforce Administrator/ Analyst to help lead their Salesforce instance to work cross-functionally as well across their businesses and departments. This role has high visibility to the C-level executives and have a voice/ power/ influence on their existing Salesforce platform.
Strong candidates will be able to wear multiple hats including but not limited to Salesforce Business Analysis where you will gather requirements, sit with the various departments including IT, Marketing, and Sales and come up with creative solutions. You will also perform Administrative tasks where you will mentor/train junior level staff members, connect with stakeholders, and have strong configuration skills.
This is a really unique role with power right off the bat and to be able to hit the ground running. Company culture is relaxed, yet hard working and this would be a team collaborative member but also individual contributor. There is no micro-management so you need to be self-dependent and deliver on the ongoing tasks.
The client is small but growing and are privately owned so they are offering equity to top notch candidates and will sell in the foreseeable future which you could be compensated for.

*Strong Salesforce Business Analysis background
