Mason Frank has partnered with a growing organization in sourcing for an experienced Salesforce engagement manager. As an Engagement Manager/Lead Consultant, you will lead challenging and complex client engagements within the various verticals.
You will bring your business acumen, your understanding of organizational dynamics and your executive-level presence to every client matter.
The successful candidate will collaborate with an eclectic mix of seasoned consultants to advise clients and create solutions that help them achieve the results they seek.Responsibilities:
Lead multiple client engagements, applying your seasoned insight and business experience to assess and understand client challenges, and implement effective interventions.
Develop innovative and creative approaches that appropriately challenge clients, helping them to re-think, re-explore and re-imagine what's possible for their organizations.
Actively and consistently participate in business development efforts, including developing and managing a diverse external professional network, prospecting new business opportunities, participating in the proposal development process, closing and contracting new projects, and supporting marketing efforts.
Participate in or lead internal continuous improvement initiatives, for example developing new (or improving existing) client-facing consulting frameworks and tools
Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster healthy dialog
Deep understanding of industry best practices and implementation experience of the Salesforce product suite
Proven ability to interact with all levels of an organization with technical and non-technical customers, attain relevant technical and business requirements, and articulate comprehensive solutions
Several years of experience in senior consulting role, ideally with a reputable Salesforce partner
Executive-level experience as a leader or decision maker inside of organizations
Thought leader with experience in strategy development, change leadership, and/or continuous improvement methodologies
Track record of successfully delivering, complex consulting projects
