CRM Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) - London

As the CRM Manger you will be taking ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in the regional CRM team It will be your responsibility to ensure that the platform is being utilised effectively within the team and collaborating with the global marketing team to ensure that it is customised effectively. You will be engaging with different users and stakeholders across the teams and understanding business requirements and translating that into technical requirements.

Key Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Journey Builder
  • Experience with Audience Builder is beneficial
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with AMPscript or Service Side JavaScript
