Salesforce Functional Consultant - Amsterdam, Netherlands - €60,000

This is a consultant position that focuses on Salesforce implementation for customers. You will spend a lot of time on-site with customers to understand their requirements for a successful implementation. This will include designs as well as basic request which will reflect on the final implementation.


What we look for in you,

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Must have the right to work in the Netherlands
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce implementation for clients
- Added advantage if you have worked at an agency doing similar work
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Strong client-facing skills (interpersonal, intuitive and engaging)
- Able to travel on the job (50-60%)
- Able to travel freely around Europe with current status

What you are expected to do:

- You will take meticulous notes on client requirements
- Form strategy and give advice on what works best for clients business and best practices
- Figure out what issues the client is facing with their current procedure
- Business process modelling
- User process modelling
- Able to seamlessly build and present prototypes with Salesforce
- Comfortable with presenting to C-Suite clients technical employees as well
