Salesforce Solutions Architect - Salesforce.com - Denver, Colorado - $135k


Seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to enhance a team of Developers, Consultants, Business Analysts, Admins and Project Managers.

This position will work the overall design/implementation of SFDC best practices and marketing automation initiatives based on clients business needs and requirements. The Solutions Architect will often act as the development team leader - working closely with on/offshore development resources.

  • Extensive experience with on SFDC Solution Architecture
  • Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, data models, and common integration points with marketing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems
  • Experience with hands-on experience with and certification in Marketing Cloud, including familiarity with Journey Builder, Social Studio, and the Connector
  • Familiarity with additional marketing automation systems preferred
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications (real- time, batch, sync/async)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start a new initiative and drive complex issues through analysis and resolution

  • Translate business requirements/user stories into a practical, scalable solution that leverages the functionality and best practices of the chosen marketing automation system
  • Lead onsite client workshops to share marketing automation framework, best practices, and case studies
  • Writes solution documentation and specifications jointly with the technical architect to create a consensus-based, scalable, adaptable enterprise solution in sync with client needs and strategies
  • Guide architect and delivery of applications - ensure apps are scalable, deployable, extensible and maintainable
  • Partner with Salesforce team on best practices and stay current with new Salesforce capabilities, and assess their benefit and make recommendations
  • Work with clients to shape marketing automation system design and strategy and define and scope projects to address specific needs
  • Deliver software product and solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business results
  • Keep up-to-date on latest industry trends and research to share with clients, drive practice development, training, and thought leadership, and develop best practices
