Senior Salesforce Administrator - Bay Area- 180K

A global end user in the San Francisco bay area is looking for a Senior Salesforce administrator. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be the main contact for any functional customer journey. This role requires the administrator to support the business side of all sales, marketing, as well as leadership. This candidate will also have the responsibility of being the subject matter expert & managing the partners expectations.

We are seeking someone with the ability to:
  • Arrange application configuration and the customization of all CRM systems- (developing workflows, building screens)
  • Identify needs between the business and CRM system
  • Collaborate with all other administrators and developers
  • Manage SFDC platform and partner relationships.
  • Ability to adapt and understand all potential system implementations (release upgrades)
  • Provide end-user support for SFDC issues including system configuration and system maintenance
  • Ability to train aspiring Salesforce.com experts
