A top medical device company in the US is seeking an SrManager, CRM Solution Design with Salesforce experience to become a critical member of their Commercial Systerms team. This role will lead a team and be responsible for reviewing business process definitions, analysis, reporting & analytics, and providing direction on the functional solution design to meet business needs within the CRM architecture. The team will work very closely with IT, SFDC technical and solution architect teams so being technically savvy would be ideal in this important role.

In this role, you will be leading the team and design that will trickle down and affect the business in positive ways. If you're ready for this challenge and to make a difference, the client is willing to offer a base salary between $145K-$155K plus a 15% bonus!
Requirements are below:
*SFDC functional configuration skills
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Self-sufficient, managing several activies but also be able to deliver independently
*8+ years working in a Commercial systems, business analyssi, or SFDC developer functions
*4+ years of experience working on projects related to Commercial and or Call Center organizations
*ADM201 and other SFDC admin/ development certifications preferred
*Strong functional/ technical background with SFDC
*Strong knowledge of workflows, triggers, reporting, general design concepts with Salesforce.com
*2+ years' leading a department and/or large scale project teams
*Positive mental attitude and results driven/ team player
