CRM Loyalty Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Bristol



As a CRM Loyalty and Retention Manager you will be a key figure in the management of this organisation's marketing operations. You will take ownership of the CRM activities this will be a role that is mainly autonomous as you will be independently running acquisition and activation programmes through email, SMS, push notifications and in app messaging. In this role you will very hands on with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and making full use of all the modules of this platform (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation studio etc.)

Key Skills
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Or other B2C CRM platforms Responsys, Adobe Campaign etc)
  • Good working knowledge of AMPscript
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Automation Studio Email Studio etc.)
  • Reporting and analysis tools such as Google analytics and Google Tag
  • HTML/CSS
