Salesforce Business Analyst- Houston, TX- $90-105k

My client is looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team in their Houston, TX location. This position is responsible for the User adoption and engagement of the Salesforce applications, manage the data governance and reporting for the platform. He/She will be the champion within the business users educating them on the capabilities and potential applications of Salesforce.

Salesforce Business Analyst- Houston, TX- $90-105k

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategy for ongoing adoption, proactively evolving adoption strategy to ensure alignment to business need
  • Understand and identify risks/barriers to adoption and develop tactics to resolve early
  • Enables communication, training, feedback, requirements gathering through business network
  • Identifies training opportunities, develops and delivers training content and manages training library/Knowledge.
  • Serve as Salesforce Subject Matter Expert for the Business, escalating issues & communicating user feedback through the Steering committee
  • Liaison with IT Sys Admin and participate in ongoing enhancements, new projects, through contributing to new user stories/configurations and executing UAT testing
  • Lead data cleaning and de-dup program to drive accurate and complete data
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Lead new data management and migration discovery sessions with key stakeholders to gather, analyze and document clear business requirements
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements to meet data quality goals




Recommended Skills:
  • Deep Understanding of business priorities, processes and practices and working knowledge of how the Salesforce supports business
  • Demonstrate ability to influence stakeholders to meet objectives
  • Solid understanding of the principles of data management and business process improvements
  • Hands-on ability to build reports and analyze data
  • Experience with master data management, data governance, data security, data quality and related tools desired
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
  • 2+ years' experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud as a Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Admin Certificate preferred
  • Experience with Service Cloud and Field service is a plus
