Technical Consultant Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON Canada

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and execution of implementation projects. You will be the main point of contact with clients and responsible for building trust and rapport with clients - this is essential for a successful project and long term partnership.

Technical Consultant Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of Salesforce functionality using the Salesforce API, APEX, Visualforce and other tools that extend the product
  • Responsible for client facing, creating project plan, assigning tasks, weekly meetings with client etc.
  • Oversee Business Analyst
  • Deliver custom developed Salesforce solutions


Techincal Consultant Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with the Salesforce Eco-System
  • Expert within Sales Cloud Implementations
  • Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Experience in Financial Services is a plus
  • Exposure to Lightning migrations is a plus
