Mason Frank has partnered with a highly regarded client in the aviation industry that is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin to work with business units and technical system teams to ensure that initiatives are integrated seamlessly. The candidate must be able to overcome any analytical challenges as well as being able to provide solutions to any specific problems that the client has.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and support Salesforce applications and customizations
  • Work closely with other business and technical teams to define solutions
  • Ensure that new initiatives are identified, analyzed, documented, and integrated smoothly into business systems and processes ready for production
  • Work with high-level executives to achieve business goals
  • Improve existing functionalities
  • Communicate and train IT concepts to non-IT employees
  • 20% support, 40% project work, 40% improvement on the system


Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations
  • Experience in Service and Sales clouds
  • Fluent in both English and French preferred
  • Build and support Salesforce applications and customizations
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience
