My client in Houston, TX is looking to bring on a Jr. SF Support Analyst in January. The position is on-site and candidates that will be considered must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders.Description
Jr. Salesforce Support AnalystJob Purpose
Provides Salesforce support to users by researching and answering questions and investigating and troubleshooting problems. Qualities
-Enthusiasm in customer and internal interactions
-Clear written and verbal communication skills
-Excitement while troubleshooting customer problems
-Willingness to help customers become more knowledgeable
-Ability to triage high profile and/or urgent customer issues
-Works well with other team members and individually with minimal supervision Requirements
-2+ years experience in providing successful customer-facing support
-Extensive experience with reporting
-Proficient in Salesforce's declarative framework
-Salesforce Administrator certification
-Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce (+)
-Familiar with the application (+)
-Experience using Salesforce's service cloud (+)
