My client requires a Salesforce TAM / PM / Delivery Manager for an exciting CPQ Implementation. The ideal candidate will be eager to add a high value client to their portfolio. About the role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that maximum business benefits using Salesforce products are achieved. The TAM / PM / Delivery Manager will provide implementation best practice and can guide customers through enterprise business transformation programs. Skills & Experience:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong history in a Consulting Firm or Software Provider
- Financial or Telecommunications background beneficial
- Project Management techniques and methodologies
- Excellent customer management skills
- Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master
- Proficiency in providing assistance to executive, business and technical teams
- CPQ Implementation experience highly advantageous
- Evaluate customer implementations against best practice.
- Act as the lead technical and implementation advisor
- Ability to build cross functional relationships with stakeholders.
- Facilitate and engage other services personnel including Expert Services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
