Salesforce Technical Account Manager / Delivery Manager / PM - Sydney CBD- 6-12 month contract - Attractive Daily rate



The client is an innovative and forward thinking company, globally known their Premium Technical Solutions and Consulting. My client requires a Salesforce TAM / PM / Delivery Manager for an exciting CPQ Implementation. The ideal candidate will be eager to add a high value client to their portfolio.



About the role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that maximum business benefits using Salesforce products are achieved. The TAM / PM / Delivery Manager will provide implementation best practice and can guide customers through enterprise business transformation programs.



Skills & Experience:
  • Strong history in a Consulting Firm or Software Provider
  • Financial or Telecommunications background beneficial
  • Project Management techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Proficiency in providing assistance to executive, business and technical teams
  • CPQ Implementation experience highly advantageous


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer implementations against best practice.
  • Act as the lead technical and implementation advisor
  • Ability to build cross functional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and engage other services personnel including Expert Services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
