Salesforce Support Analyst - up to £35,000 - Yorkshire



An amazing opportunity has arisen with one of our clients to join as their Salesforce Support Analyst which is based in Yorkshire. The ideal candidate is someone who can work well in a team, focused on maximizing efficiency and dedicated to giving a world class customer service.



Key responsibilities
  • Being proactively in seeking out and action required system changes
  • Gather feedback and requirements from users and prioritise workload.
  • Make action required changes and keeping the users informed at all times
  • Come up with feasible solutions for system issues
  • Communicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation
  • Modify the system to increase benefits and usability


Skills required
  • At least 12 months experience of Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong knowledge capabilities of Salesforce.com and Pardot
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality
  • Experienced in re-engineering updating an com configuration to provide solutions for workflows, reports and enhanced functions
