Salesforce ISV - Customer Success Manager - Chicago - $100k

Location: Chicago - Must Live in Territory

Salary: $100,000



My client is the leading release management automation for the Salesforce. They are looking to bring on experienced sales professionals or customer success managers to take the helm of their new CSM role for their Chicago office.

Your Duties and Responsibilities as Enterprise Account Executive will include:
  • Engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical
  • Partnering to dive adoption usage and renewals
  • Troubleshooting At-Risk Accounts
  • Work effectively across different sales, business development and technical teams, bringing together a cross functional team to deliver top-notch results


The Ideal Candidate would have:
  • 1-3 years experience in Salesforce Ecosystem with critical thinking and advanced problem solving skills
  • Experience dealing with DevOps release management solutions
  • DevOps company background and/or aptitude to understand DevOps processes within the SFDC ecosystem
  • Proven experience exceeding monthly quotas
  • Can demonstrate the ability, energy, and enthusiasm to build rapport and trust
