CRM Manager - London



As the CRM Manager you will taking ownership of CRM within this fast growing business. You will be fully responsible for CRM strategy as well as being hands on with both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot and also be product owner for both platforms. As this company have very impressive growth plans, you will have a big focus on acquisition within this role while still being mindful of retention.



You will be working for a business that are still the start-up phase although have very strong financial backing which allows them to facilitate their impressive growth plans and also utilise the best technology. Due to this organisation's ambition and stage that they are at, there is a very fast paced environment and autonomy is highly encouraged. This business have a non-corporate culture and flat structure. The environment is collaborative and open so ideas are encouraged from all areas.



Role requirements:
  • Experience in a CRM Manager role (or similar) from either agency or client-side
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot is highly beneficial
  • B2C experience in a commercial environment
  • Understanding of how customer data can be effectively utilised
