This client is looking for a Salesforce Professional that has extensive experience in customer service and support.

The ideal candidate would be someone that is a highly motivated self-starter with experience in an application / software customer support role.

Requirements:

- Understanding of Salesforce Technologies, such as Apex Triggers and SOQL

- Expertise in Formula Fields, Assignment rules, and Workflow rules

- Experience using Process Builder, Reports and Dashboards, and Dataloader

- Experience with Case management, Technical troubleshooting, and Software configuration
