My client is looking for a highly motivated self-starter with experience in application/software customer support role, who works well under little supervision. Case management, technical troubleshooting, bug reproduction, and software configuration should be part of the candidate skillset. This individual should be comfortable jumping on a call with customers to walk through issues or clearly documenting how to use our products features. Although this role is remote candidates must live in either Texas or South Carolina
