A leading client in software solutions just implemented Salesforce and they are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to be a key member in the organization's journey of rapid growth!

The client is based out of Burlington, MA and they just went live with the Salesforce.com platform. They are looking for someone with a Sales Operations background to work closely with the Director, CRO, and executive management to help with the decision making process as well as drive their pipeline.

This candidate will help develop and implement on the platform to achieve sales goals and have total hands-on freedom to design, support, drive, and develop solutions and best practices. This is an opportunity to come in and truly make a difference and in a software industry they are working with the latest Salesforce trends so you also have a chance to gain experience with tools like Marketo, CPQ, etc.

They ideally are looking for someone with technical background with Salesforce, someone who's come from a sales environemtn and has the admin capabilities. They would like to see implementation experience but if not someone who has been in a sales enablement role and understand how a sales organization thinks. In addition, customer journey experience or someone who's built a sales process before would be a huge nice to have.
