A top strategic company in the greater Boston area is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/ Operations specialist to help bridge the gap between their Sales and Marketing department.
This role will speahead their critical work around the sales automation process as well as act as the lead Salesforce Administrator. You will help with reporting and analytics with marketing and sales and support development, implementation and management of Salesforce tools. The company also utilizes third-party software systems with Salesforce such as Pardot. Owning their testing process and implementing best practices is crucial for the role!
They are offering candidates between $80K-$100K on the base compensation as well as an opportunity to grow tremendously within the organization. Requirements for the role:
*2+ years' experience with the Salesforce platform as a Sales Operations Analyst or Administrator
*Salesforce ADM201 certification
*Creating Dashboards, Custom Objects, Triggers, Process Builders, Etc.
*Third-party applications like Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.
*Cross-functional experience with sales and marketing
*B2B software company experience is ideal
*Well written and oral communication
