A tremendous non-profit in Boston who gives back to their community more than no other is looking for a Salesforce Administrator/ Support Specialist to help support and train the end-users/ staff members and grow their Salesforce career! They are looking for someone with 1.5-2 years' experience with the Salesforce platform to have some background to be successful in this role. The environment is fast-paced and they have an excellent Salesforce team to help mentor, learn, and grow your career further.
The candidate will be responsible for Tier1 and Tier2 support for over 1,000 users internally as well as training them on the platform. They will also be responsible for handling tickets, trouble shooting and being the go-to professional. You will also have the opportunity to interact with the non-profit's mission by being a coach, facilitator, and advocate which is the most rewarding aspect of the job.
They are offering base salaries between $70K-$85K depending on your experience as well as full medical & dental coverage! They will also train and certify you to receive your ADM201 certification within the first 3 months!
Requirements for the position are:
