KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 1200 internal users and a recently launched Community.
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
Resolve integration and interfacing issues between systems(API) or other plug-ins.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepares for upgrades.
Report on quarterly feature releases.
Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations, as well as necessary data backups.
Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures.
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams.
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.

Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
com Admin (ADM201, ADM211, and CRT211) certified
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating and customizing Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Validation rules, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events.
Experience in development and designing of Custom objects, Custom fields, Page layouts, Custom Reports in Salesforce classic and Lightning, SalesForce.com Platform, Custom Objects, Apex Classes, Chatter, Data loader, Workflows & Approval process, Reports.
Firm understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented designDeveloping applications in Java or.Net: 3 years (Required)
Experience working with and deploying Saleforce.com AppExchange products such as Conga, MapAnything, CloudCall, and Pardot, a plus
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
