Technical Analyst: Salesforce - Belgium - Contract/ZZP - Salary TBD (commensurate with experience)

My client is searching for a new member for a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed team. This team member will take on the role of a Technical Analyst (Salesforce). This is a contract-based role.

In this role, you will be involved in defining technical requirements, solution architecture, as well as the management and organisation of the implementation process. Your focus will be to ensure the continued success and development of the Salesforce platform, and its integration with other tools and business processes across my client's organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate between internal stakeholders: Analyze, document, communicate and validate technical/system requirements for platform applications.

Work on projects providing functional and technical Salesforce.com knowledge, so that innovative, high quality solutions can be delivered.

Apply Application Lifecycle Management, CPDEP for IT, OE principles/practices/processes, ensuring top-notch results for project planning and deployment.

Collaboration with Salesforce developers to deliver scalable and effective features for the Sales and Marketing teams.

Balancing between technical capabilities, costs, and time, against business needs.

Working with requestors/users in defining technical specifications.

Application of rigorous information protection standards.

Define/design application functional and UI requirements.

Development of use cases and test plans, involvement in system testing and conducting testing valuations.

Lead the development of application documentation and customer training, and assist with implementation.

Experience and Skillsets:

4+ Years of Salesforce.com adminstration experience

Experience in the techno-functional aspects of Salesforce.com.

Experience using Apex classes and triggers, controllers/controller extensions, components, test method, application design and development on multitenant force.com platform.

Experience in custom UI development using VisualForce pages, custom VisualForce components and Apex controllers.

Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Custom App, Chatter, and App-exchange applications.

Experience with Apex, Vlocity, SOQL, SOSL, Dataloader & standard out-of-box functionalities.

Experience designing and developing in an Agile and collaborative environment.

Experience with Data Migration & Integration (SSO & web services).

Solid foundation of the underlying principles of SAAS & Cloud computing.

Solid foundation of application programming, database and system design.

Understanding of the relationship between legacy and web-based systems; how they interface with each other.

Commercially-oriented: Extensive knowledge of industry practices when solving business problems.

Creativity: Push thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.

Good communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
