We have partnered with a company in the construction industry that designs and builds facilities for the food processing and third party logistics industries across Canada. They are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and that understands the principles of sales cycle and the associated tasks to support their team's success. In addition to that, the fortunate candidate should also have a proficient understanding of Salesforce administration. This is a brand new role, so it is ideal for someone that is willing to come in, own the role and make a difference. An exciting peace is that you will be working directly with the CEO and other C-level executives. They invite you to become part of a collaborative team of business developers, engineers, architects, project managers, accounting and office personnel who embrace hard work and have fun along the way.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance an existing Salesforce CRM application within a B2B project-based sales environment
  • Support Business Development Managers with planning, execution, measurement and reporting trade show activities and sales campaigns
  • Support and train end users on the Salesforce.com applications
  • Respond to inbound telephone and web enquiries and convert to leads
  • Manage and setup of users, profiles, user permissions, workflows, fields, and other application related management
  • Create and refine reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Support the Sales team with preparing, assembling and packaging proposals
  • Create and manage Salesforce reports for the President, Director and Sales team.
  • Work proactively with internal clients to maximize the effectiveness of the CRM system




Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Must be highly analytical, organized, and process oriented with an outstanding attention to detail
  • Lightning Experience
  • Proficient with the Salesforce.com platform and able to apply those capabilities with the company's business processes and the teams' requirements Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, for example, CEO's, business owners, managers and system users


  • Energetic, ability to prioritize work, work independently and take ownership of projects/tasks
