Salesforce Practice Lead - Remote (Columbus, Ohio) - $175K - $180K



Position: Salesforce Practice Lead



Location: Remote (Columbus, Ohio)



Salary: $175K - $180K



Job Type: Full Time



You will be responsible for supporting business development efforts for new and existing clients, as well as managing relationships with Salesforce account executives. You will be driving the expansion and diversification of Salesforce consulting services across the Salesforce platform. This will include building sales pipeline and growing a team to create unmatched experiences for clients.



Responsibilities



  • Lead and drive business development, client account management, hunting and farming opportunities for Salesforce consulting services



  • Leverage your network across industry verticals and geographies for networking and identifying new business opportunities



  • Willingness to support 25% to 75% travel for client interaction, project checkpoints, marketing events and networking



  • Writing and presenting sales proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses



  • Accountable for advancing Centric's relationship with Salesforce Account Executives and members of the Salesforce user community (e.g. Salesforce User Groups)



  • Frequent speaker at local and national marketing events



  • Blog, tweet and speak about Salesforce and Digital thought leadership, including public speaking and contributing to content marketing



  • Be a Salesforce evangelist and the driving force in helping us expand from Marketing Cloud into Sales Cloud and Service Cloud



  • Primary responsibility for achieving revenue and profitability targets



  • Contribute to build-out of materials: case studies, marketing and sales collateral



  • Maintain an average billable utilization of approximately 20% (e.g. 10 hours/week)



  • Lead Salesforce consulting engagements as a trusted, strategic advisor



  • Facilitate and ensure delivery of project kickoff, ongoing oversight and ensuring delivery excellence for Salesforce projects



  • Provide high-level Salesforce solution architecture and recommendations



  • Work closely with our team of 35+ Salesforce architects, admins and developers to solution and deliver projects. This will include managing onshore, remote teams



  • Work with clients to define scope and approach for Salesforce projects, overseeing all aspects of delivery, deliverables creation and direction of project resources



  • Structure and present recommendations to client executives for approval



  • Provide solution training for clients as necessary



Qualifications



  • Minimum of 8years'experience with Salesforce as well as hands-onexperiencedefining Salesforce optimization strategies and best practices utilizing the following Salesforce products:



    • Marketing Cloud - Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Personalization Builder, Analytics Builder, Email Studio. Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio and Web Studio experience is desirable.



    • Sales Cloud experience



    • Service Cloud experience



    • Lightning, Connector experience



    • Salesforce Community experience



    • Salesforce User & Enterprise Licensing model



  • Domain knowledge of Marketing and Sales organizational functions and operations



  • Prior experience with Marketo is a big plus



  • Experience in full-project life cycle implementations and ongoing, managed services



  • Experienced in integration of Salesforce core systems and analytics.



  • Familiarity working with teams doing custom development around Salesforce products



  • Executive presence and credentials to influence CMO's and CIO's about Salesforce best practices



  • Management Consulting experience is strongly preferred. That said, you will also be considered if you have a strong industry background.



  • Sales and business development experience. Financial P&L management is a plus



  • Strong credentials with B2B and B2C business models



  • Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly



  • Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment



Education & Certifications:



  • 4-year college university degree



  • Salesforce Certifications; at least one of the following isrequired:



    • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant



    • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant



    • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant



    • Salesforce Certified Lightning Consultant
