Customer Success Manager - Salesforce Gold ISV Partner - Chicago



My client, a Salesforce Gold ISV Partner based in Chicago, is looking to bring on a Customer Success manager with Salesforce ecosystem experience. Candidates must be based out of Chicago.



Responsibilities:

-Partner with existing customers to ensure proper adoption and usage of product

-Securing customer renewals and identifying new renewal opportunities

-Monitor health of customer base

-Identify at risk accounts and escalate resolution



Qualifications:

-1-3 years' Customer Success/Account Management experience

-1-3 years' experience in the Salesforce ecosystem

-Exceptional communcation skills

-Desire to help customers reach their goals

-Experience working with enterprise customers preferred
